The Paperless Consent Workflow

1. Select or Send the Form

Choose the right consent form and send it to the patient ahead of the procedure via a link in your clinic letter, or review it together in clinic.

2. Review & Sign

Patients can take time to read the consent information in advance then sign in person with the clinician.

3. Generate & File the PDF

A signed PDF is generated directly on the device and can then be stored in any health record system without routing personal health information through our servers. You can then save this immediately in the patient's health record.

Privacy-First Digital Consent

On-Device PDF Generation

Handling sensitive patient consent demands a privacy-first approach. Signed.Health is designed so that signed consent PDFs are generated directly on the device.

Key Privacy Benefit: No signed consent data needs to be transferred to our servers in order to create the final PDF. This reduces risk and gives clinics greater control over sensitive patient documentation.

Signed documents can then be stored in your existing record system, supporting flexible workflows across private practices, clinics, and hospitals.

Designed for Modern Clinical Workflows

Making Consent Simpler, Safer, and More Flexible

Signed.Health was built to replace slow, paper-based consent processes with a digital workflow that is easier for both clinicians and patients.

We focused on the practical realities of care delivery: patients often need time to review information before treatment, clinics need flexibility in how documents are stored, and healthcare teams need confidence that sensitive data stays under their control.

Our mission: To make consent easier to deliver, easier for patients to understand, and easier to integrate into any healthcare record system.
